During the last few years we have been over whelmed by the support we have had in getting the buisness running. we feel that we are working towards our goals within the spa and hot tub industry and have decided to smooth off the edges by pushing on with our advertising ideas and making the company more recognised by the general public.
With the addition of two new spa service engineers in the last year and the new premises on Bridgend Industrial Estate, we had been able to look at the range of services we offer for service and repair, and the possibility of adding to the range.
New additions now and in the future include:
- Custom spa and hot tub lids for replacement of your damaged or worn cover.
- New helpful services for assessment of your spa or hot tub.
- A new and more economical spa and hot tub chemical range
- Access to to the cutting edge technology in the problem solving chemicals which will make your spa or hot tub, safer and more pleasant to use.
And many many more which we will be launching very soon….
We have found that customers like to be informed of the possible enhancements to their spa or hot tub without having to go through the hassle and effort to source and fit them. So we will be offering a new service which not only high light the benefits but to have them fitted by a trained engineer who will ensure that the spa will be working at its optimum.
We will also be publishing pictures of installs and work carried out so new customers can see the effect we can make on their garden. It will also be a bit of fun for the customer to be able to see the events of the day their spa was installed. We are eager to make many more improvements so we can offer the services customers want so we welcome any suggestions customers may have.
