REFRESH Spa Service by CSS Wales

The refresh service is a basic service to just flush your pipe work and give your spa a general clean down and check over to make sure that you are getting the best from your chemicals and there is no problems in the general day to day running.

The most important part of this service is the flush process. We only use a top grade flush solution that will clear the pipe work of all the deposits of grime and oils that have built up and created the biofilm layer within the pipe work that harbors bacteria.

• Full deep flush of the pipe work.
• Check all functions of the spa’s control system are running correctly.
• Drain down and water pumped away.
• Clean acrylic shell.
• Clean filters or replace. (New filters supplied by customer)

We recommend this service every 6 – 12 months depending on how well you look after your spa.

FULL Spa Service by CSS Wales

The full service is designed to give your spa a new lease of life and to bring it back to the state it was in when you first had it delivered. We will give the spa a full deep system flush as on the refresh but will also empty the pipe work completely and carry out any proactive measures that are needed eg: changing any worn o’rings in the unions.

We will also carry out and repairs needed and the labour will be included in the service so there will be no excessive labour costs to worry about. A lot of our customers will have a full service if there spa is close to the end of the warrantee or if there is work that they know needs to be done.

• Full deep flush of the pipe work.
• Check all functions of the spa’s control system are running correctly.
• Drain down and water pumped away.
• Vac out pump baskets and intenal pipe work.
• Clean acrylic shell.
• Check integrity of pipework and wiring.
• Check all joints for leaks and corrosion.
• Check insulation for integrity.
• Replace union o’rings and gaskets on pumps and heater.
• Check integrity of cabinet and inside of shell.
• Carry out any repairs needed. ( Materials at extra cost )
• Refill spa and balance water.
• Shock dose water and turn on to heat.
• Test all components for correct performance.
• Check again for any leaks or defects.
• Clean or replace filters ( Customer to supply filters )
• Clean down cabinet.
• Clean down lid.
• Check any accessories for integrity.
• Fit any accessories bought on service.
• Inform customer of any works carried out or due.
